• Listing information — details you submit when posting a tryout, event, roster opening, or club profile.
• Alert preferences — email and filter selections when you sign up for listing notifications.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and maintain your account and listings.
• To send you listing alerts you signed up for.
• To send transactional emails (confirmation, account activity).
• To improve the Site using aggregated analytics data.

4. Google Sign-In

We use Google OAuth for sign-in. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not receive your Google password or access to your Google account beyond basic profile information. Google's use of your data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Email Communications

We use Resend to send transactional emails. We will only email you for account activity and listing alerts you have opted into. You can unsubscribe from listing alerts at any time by contacting us at info@floorbalance.com.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party services necessary to operate the Site: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and Google Analytics (usage analytics). Each is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and listing data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing info@floorbalance.com.

8. Children's Privacy

FloorBalance is a directory intended for use by adults, including parents, coaches, and club directors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at info@floorbalance.com and we will delete it promptly.

9. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at info@floorbalance.com.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
