Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using FloorBalance ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who submits listings or creates an account.

2. What FloorBalance Is

FloorBalance is a national directory of youth basketball programs, tryouts, events, and clubs. We connect players, families, and coaches with opportunities across the United States. We do not organize, operate, or endorse any listed program or event.

3. Listings

Users may submit listings for youth basketball tryouts, events, roster openings, club profiles, and related programs. By submitting a listing, you represent that the information is accurate, that you have the authority to post it, and that it does not violate any applicable laws. FloorBalance reserves the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove any listing at its sole discretion.

4. Accounts

You may create an account using email or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. FloorBalance is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use FloorBalance to post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings; spam or harass other users; scrape or systematically collect data without written permission; attempt to interfere with the Site's operation; or violate any applicable local, state, or federal law.

6. Paid Tiers

FloorBalance is currently free to use. Paid tiers are planned for launch in January 2027. When paid features are introduced, additional terms governing billing, refunds, and subscriptions will be provided at that time.

7. Disclaimers

FloorBalance is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not verify the accuracy of user-submitted listings and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any listed program or event. Participation in any listed program is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FloorBalance and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any listed program or event.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
